Wigmore Primary School Fete - 29th June 2008

Luton Higashi likes to get out of the Dojo walls and show the techniques and work that goes on during lessons. Wigmore Primary School offered us a chance to do a demonstration, so we took it!

We had a turn out of 12 people which was great. The weather was exceptionally windy and there were a lot of things going on everywhere. We wanted to show everything that was included in our lessons so, in 20 minutes, we did a quick warm up and stretch, moved in to some basics, blocks and counters, self defence and then to finish it all off we had music playing with James and John doing some sparring. Then Paul Oakley (red belt), Karen Tomkins (purple belt) and Ayushi (1 st Dan black belt) did some individual Katas to show the different levels of belts.

Thank you to the people that supported us at the fete, it was much appreciated to have so many of you there.
