Sensie Jo Biggs Seminar - Feb 18th 2007

The Luton Lunatics were honoured when Sense Jo Biggs, 6th Dan, from the Sacred Spring came to teach a seminar in Jiu Jitsu.

His fighting system is very different from karate and the afternoon was spent studying locks, take downs and ground fighting. This is all going to come in very useful when the Lunatics are sparring in Wales and the normal fighting rules are "stretched".

All in all it was an enlightening seminar and the Lunatics are looking forward to Jo and Luke coming back for another seminar.
