Karen has been training with the Luton Lunatics since the spring of 2007 and has quickly risen up the ranks. As a dance instructor, her natural flexibility translated across to karate very easily.

Karen's dedication to karate continues outside the dojo where she is the club secretary and events organizer being responsible for events such as the Houghton Regis Carnival.
