It was another great day for the Luton Lunatics as one of our higher grades went for his promotion at Forest Gate, being judged by a panel led by Peter Spanton, 8th Dan.
Jeff put a huge amount of effort into his preparations, including going to the Ogwen Course in North Wales earlier in the year.
Luton is very proud of Jeff, its new blackbelt.
