Luton Higash Karate Kai

The Luton Club was honoured when Collin Heath, reigning world kumite (sparring) champion agreed to come to Luton to train the Lunatics in competition fighting.

It was a fantastic session where the class learnt some nifty moves as well as some fighting psychology from the ever-smiling Collin.

All in all, we learnt volumes and are eagerly anticipating Collin's next trip to our dojo which may become quarterly events!
