World Champion Instructs at Luton 16th March 2008

The Luton Club was again honored when Collin Heath, reigning world kumite (sparring) champion and Commonwealth Games Bronze Medalist, agreed to come back to Luton to train the Lunatics in competition fighting.
Always lethal and laughing, Collin whipped the class up into a frenzy and taught us a host of new moves, combinations and fighting physiology.
We all really benefited from his expert instruction and are already looking forward to his next guest instructor spot.
